We have professionals that oversee the management operation. The team is comprised of area managers, property managers, leasing specialists, maintenance technicians, and accountants who work together to provide consistent high level performance for clients, investment groups, and builders.
We can customize a management plan that fits your needs. Our plan is 6% per month with a minimum of $75.00, which is the best rate in SWFL. This includes a monthly statement of all income/expenses and year end statement. If you want us to find you a tenant and you manage the property it is $750.00. We can still provide repairs and landscape maintenance as needed.
